Responsibilities include data entry, scheduling, and coordination with health care teams, with a focus on accuracy, infection control, and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent with clerical/health care exposure totaling one year.
• Preferred candidates have clerical experience, public contact, and medical terminology knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsabilités

• Interact with patients, families, and staff to coordinate nursing care and services.
• Maintain electronic communication systems and update White Boards daily.
• Enter census data accurately and assist with patient admission procedures.
• Assist in scheduling tests and appointments and document in medical records.
• Support infection control practices and participate in unit meetings.
