• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience
• One (1) year of leadership experience
• Registered Nurse: AZ
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsabilidades

• Schedules nursing staff to shifts, considering utilization trends and training needs
• Coordinates unit activities during shifts, directing and assigning work to staff
• Assesses and educates nursing staff on patient care; implements emergency procedures as needed
• Provides nursing care to patients on an as-needed basis
