Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced NICU Nurse Manager to lead a Level III NICU team in a high-acuity, family-centered environment.

You will partner with neonatologists, supervisors, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes, staff development, and regulatory compliance while overseeing daily operations, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Current WA RN license required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• RNC-NIC certification preferred.
• Minimum four (4) years of NICU clinical experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of NICU managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NICU team to achieve quality outcomes and patient safety.
• Oversee daily unit operations and staffing to meet goals.
• Partner with neonatologists and APPs to coordinate care.
• Manage budget, resources, and staff development for the unit.
