Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, WA, is seeking an experienced NICU Nurse Manager to lead a Level III NICU. The role partners with unit supervisors, neonatologists, and clinical staff to ensure excellence in patient care, safety, and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a WA RN license with BLS and NRP certifications; a Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred, and NICU management experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license in Washington state required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• RNC-NIC certification preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of recent clinical experience in a Level III NICU or higher.
• Minimum of two (2) years of prior NICU management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate resources, and support staff development.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Oversee daily unit operations to meet goals and standards.
• Provide operational, clinical, financial, and strategic leadership for the NICU.
• Lead teams, manage patient flow, and coordinate resources.
