HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is seeking a NICU Nurse Manager to lead the NICU team, ensure delivery of high-quality, safe patient care, and drive continuous improvement in outcomes. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and staff to uphold standards and patient safety.

The Manager will coordinate care across units on a 24-hour basis, oversee policy adherence, and implement programs to enhance nursing quality while supporting a patient-centered culture.

Formación

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse per state regulations.
• Nursing diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• NRP certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, service excellence, interpersonal skills; PC skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and take responsibility for safe, quality patient care for assigned departments on a 24-hour basis.
• Ensure department nursing practice standards and procedures meet legal, accrediting, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure continuity of care through interdisciplinary teamwork and information sharing with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement programs to monitor and improve quality of nursing care and hospital-wide goals.
• Coordinate patient care with other services and departments throughout the hospital.
