Job summary

HCA Healthcare's Medical City Dallas NICU is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, age-appropriate care for neonates up to 2 years. You will drive clinical excellence, staff development, and interdepartmental collaboration while managing resources and sustaining regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors in Nursing, Texas RN licensure, and 3 years of NICU management experience, with an Advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current Texas RN license or compact license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• NRP and AHA BLS certification.
• 3 years of management or supervisory experience in NICU.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NICU department functions in alignment with hospital goals and ANA standards.
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality age and developmental care for neonates up to 2 years.
• Manage personnel, payroll, budget, capital, and physician relationships.
• Coordinate care across care settings and liaise with hospital and community partners.
