Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in Nursing or related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in health care, OR minimum three (3) years in related field.
• California RN license required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Recommend developmental opportunities and mentor staff to drive performance.
• Supervise daily activities of the designated unit and ensure policy compliance.
• Support patient care delivery and coordination of hospital operations 24/7.
• Manage resources and budget targets within department.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory readiness across the unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.
