Job summary

Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) leadership team. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Clinical Manager and Director to provide day-to-day operational and leadership support for the unit.

Responsibilities include overseeing staffing and scheduling, managing productivity, providing leadership coverage, conducting staff and patient rounding, supporting unit-based initiatives, addressing

Qualifications

• Three or more years of NICU clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Current Texas license to practice professional nursing; BLS and NRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling for the NICU.
• Provide day-to-day operational and leadership support for the unit.
• Lead leadership rounds and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
