Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date.
• Registered Nurse credential from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing prior to hire date.
• Minimum 2 years level IV NICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Care Journey by implementing and monitoring patient care plans.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary team.
• Carry out physician orders with precision according to clinical protocols.
• Coordinate care across physical therapy, social work, and pharmacy.
