Job summary

BayCare's Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater seeks an RN for the NICU Dept Pool on Day shift. The nurse will independently care for a group of patients, using the nursing process and clinical standards.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, updating the care plan with families, and identifying risks to patient safety. The role requires at least 18 months NICU RN experience, an RN license, an Associate's Degree in Nursing, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.

• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with inter-disciplinary care providers to develop and assist in the plan of care.
• Organizes and updates the plan of care with patient, family, and others.
• Identifies patients at risk for injury and prepares room environment.
