Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the NICU on night shift. The RN will coordinate care, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. Candidates should have an ASN, BSN preferred, and an active Indiana RN license or NLC, plus BLS and other advanced life support credentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or an NLC RN license.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, evidence-based nursing care along the care continuum.
• Perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to advance patient care.
• Mentor, teach, and support new nurses and colleagues.
