The role requires an Associate's degree in nursing, Ohio RN licensure, and CPR certification, with a commitment to obtaining a BSN within 5 years. This is a full-time night position serving the NICU family and patients.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Ohio required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per ANA and Ohio Board of Nursing standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address patient/family needs.
• Promote a patient- and family-centered care environment and adapt to census changes.
• Act as a change agent to meet evolving patient care needs.
