Job summary
AdventHealth in Ocala, FL is seeking a compassionate RN for NICU. You will conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, administer meds, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, family-centered care.
The role offers a night shift, benefits from day one, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates plus relocation support. Experienced NICU RNs preferred and BE competent in Cerner/EMR systems.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of NICU experience in a level III/IV setting within the last 12 months.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Mastery of critical care nursing skills and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document in EMR.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnoses.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Collaborate with clinicians to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Mentor and supervise nursing staff; uphold infection control policies.
- Respond to life-threatening situations using established protocols.
