Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong clinical reasoning and use of the nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate NICU patient care.
• Administer medications and deliver patient care based on clinical judgment.
• Coordinate delegated care and ensure safe, effective nursing service delivery.
• Serve as a resource and preceptor for nursing staff.
• Direct nursing support staff and support team workflow.
• Perform charge duties as assigned.
