Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a neonatal RN to provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients and families using the nursing process and medication administration.

The role involves delivering individualized care, supervising LPNs, verifying competencies, serving as a clinical resource and preceptor, and assuming charge duties as needed to support unit operations.

Formación

• Strong clinical knowledge and judgment in neonatal care.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Medication administration proficiency and patient monitoring skills.
• Leadership skills for delegation, direction, and competency verification.
• Effective communication and teaching/precepting ability.
• Comfort taking charge responsibilities when assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individualized neonatal nursing care based on the nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor patient response.
• Delegate and direct care to LPNs and nursing assistive personnel.
• Verify competency of team members and support safe, effective care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and preceptor for staff and learners.
• Assume charge duties as assigned to support unit operations and patient care.
