Job summary

St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join a high-demand NICU team. This full-time day position (0700–1930) covers 72 hours per pay period across three 12-hour shifts, with shift differential for nights and weekends.

You will perform patient care and nonprofessional services, while potential scholarships for nursing education may be available. The unit is a Level 4 NICU with 24/7 neonatology coverage and possible floating to other Children’s Hospital

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years' experience preferred.
• Supportive, patient-centered care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care and comfort under supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities and routine tasks.
• Support Health Unit Coordinator duties as assigned.
