Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences or other medical field or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a NICU clinical study.
• Implement study protocol and recruit/enroll participants.
• Coordinate with outside collaborators and agencies; manage IRB records.
• Oversee participant compensation, literature searches and manuscript collaboration.
• Supervise study staff and daily operations; act as primary contact for PIs.
• Travel weekly to local hospitals within 10 miles; weekend/evening work may be required.
