Job summary

The role involves onboarding, training, and developing recruitment skills within a collaborative NICU environment.

Key responsibilities include supporting trials, coordinating enrollments, maintaining regulatory documentation, and on‑call coverage

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and/or certifications required.
• Experience: None; some healthcare exposure preferred.
• Licensure: None; RN not required.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of multiple NICU trials.
• Assist with subject recruitment: screening, consent, enrollment.
• Maintain study documentation per regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with investigators and NICU staff for protocol adherence.
• Assist with data collection and entry.
• Assist with specimen collection, processing and shipping.
