Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological or health sciences is required.
• 3 years of relevant research experience required; 4–6 years preferred.
• Grant-funded position with a 5-year anticipated duration and potential extension.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a NICU-based clinical study.
• Implement protocol, recruit/enroll participants, and coordinate with investigators.
• Manage study records including IRB-related documentation and participant compensation.
• Supervise study staff and ensure travel to local hospitals within 10 miles as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and act as primary contact for Principal Investigators.
