Job summary

Cincinnati Children's is seeking a Research Registered Nurse (RN) to support NICU clinical research. You will partner with investigators to enroll families in NICU studies and ensure research activities align with protocols and regulatory standards.

The role combines direct patient care, research coordination, and collaboration across healthcare organizations, with travel to affiliated NICUs as needed and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• NICU nursing experience strongly preferred; 3+ years ideal.
• Experience as a Research RN encouraged for non-NICU RNs.
• Strong communication, organizational and patient engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, enroll and support study participants and families in NICU studies.
• Coordinate and conduct research activities per protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, document and manage data to ensure research integrity and quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance neonatal care.
