Qualifications

• Education and experience in professional development/education preferred.
• Experience in adult learning and program development preferred.
• CNOR or CPAN certification within 2 years of hire.
• Current CT RN licensure and CPR/BLS/PALS as required.

Responsibilities

• On a daily basis, demonstrate clinical expertise and apply the nursing process to plan and deliver safe patient care.
• Lead onboarding, competency management, and education for department staff.
• Support learning needs of clinical employees and partner with interprofessional teams.
• Evaluate outcomes, uphold CCMC standards, and drive evidence-based practice.
• Act as change agent, mentor, and leader to advance nursing development.
