Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 3 years clinical nursing experience, 1 year in NICU-equivalent setting.
- California RN license (CA Board of Registered Nursing) REQUIRED.
- AHA BLS Healthcare PROFESSIONAL REQUIRED.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision of NICU staff and 24-hour accountability for quality of care.
- Coordinate care for NICU patients and families, planning, directing, and evaluating staff activities.
- Schedule, coordinate, and maintain resources for the shift daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Identify opportunities for cost-effective care and process improvements.
