Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum): $77.910 - $100.530 - $112.590
The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. Provide direct supervision of and 24-hour responsibility for personnel and assure the quality of clinical nursing care of NICU patients. This position has responsibility for the coordination of care for patients and families in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Responsibility includes planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating staff and care activities in Neonatal Intensive Care to ensure the delivery of high quality, cost-effective patient care. The position is accountable for scheduling, coordinating, and maintaining the resources necessary on a specific shift daily, weekly, and monthly.
