This unionized position requires NICET II certification, a high school diploma, and 3+ years in facilities maintenance.

Qualifications

• NICET II certification is required and a high school diploma or GED is expected.
• Experience in industrial or commercial facilities maintenance is required.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and ability to read installation manuals.

Responsabilités

• Install or upgrade fire alarms in commercial and residential buildings.
