Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a NICE CXOne Senior Developer to design, develop, and customize CXone applications for customers in the contact center domain.

You will build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems, migrate from Cisco UCCE/UCCX to CXone, and work with CXone APIs, REST services, and connectors for third-party systems. Strong scripting and programming skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center technologies and NICE CXone IVR & Bot Development using Mpower studio.
• Hands-on experience with NICE CXone development (Studio, APIs, scripting).
• Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic.
• Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or .NET).
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
• The Developer Engineer will design, develop, and customize NICE CXone applications and build CXone integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize NICE CXone applications.
• Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, reporting tools).
• Support migration from Cisco contact center platforms to NICE CXone.
• Translate Cisco call flows into NICE CXone equivalents.
• Work with CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems.
• Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, QA, and Cisco/NICE support teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, migration guides, and code repositories.
