Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Detroit seeks a NICE CXone Developer Engineer to design, develop, and customize CXone applications, build integrations with CRM, WFM, and reporting tools, and translate Cisco call flows into CXone equivalents.

You will work closely with infrastructure, QA, and Cisco/NICE support teams, develop automation scripts for provisioning, and prepare migration guides and technical documentation to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center technologies with NICE CXone IVR & Bot Development using Mpower Studio.
Hands-on experience with NICE CXone development (Studio, APIs, scripting).
Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic.
Experience with REST APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize NICE CXone applications.
Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, reporting).
Support migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone.
Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents.
Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems.
Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration.
Work closely with infrastructure engineers, QA teams, and Cisco/NICE support.
Prepare technical documentation, migration guides, and code repositories.
