Abode Energy Management LLC is seeking a Program Coordinator to help launch and manage the NH Decarbonization Program. The role emphasizes strong communication, project management, and coordination with contractors, customers, and partners across NH.

Hybrid work with travel within the state is expected. The position targets individuals who are organized, proactive, and committed to electrification and decarbonization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated passion for sustainability, building science or climate action.
• Experience in fast-paced office environments in project management or communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities and manage communications with contractors and stakeholders.
• Support data collection, reporting, and documentation.
• Plan and attend outreach events and trainings to build program capacity.
• Maintain program databases and ensure data integrity in Salesforce.
• Assist with development of program materials and collateral.
• Collaborate with partners to promote decarbonization technologies.
