• Set up, quality control, calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments per lab procedures.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies for daily testing operations.
• Assist and participate in validation and implementation of NGS-based assays.
• Participate in technology improvements and quality assurance projects.
• Maintain accurate lab records and documentation.
• Perform routine tasks independently and ensure reliable results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Answer basic client questions and route inquiries as needed.
