Qualifications

• 3+ years in life sciences or related field.
• Experience analyzing data with Excel or JMP.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document incoming laboratory investigation requests.
• Troubleshoot questions on reagents, consumables, and assays with stakeholders.
• Lead root cause analysis and conduct experiments with data analysis.
• Prepare technical validation plans, SOPs, and summaries for leadership.
• Communicate laboratory feedback to development and drive process improvements.
