Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) is seeking a Program Manager for the National Guard Connectedness and Relationship Education System (NG CARES).

This role focuses on building connections, protective factors, and holistic health across service members and families, to support retention and readiness. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and coordinate with state CARE Leads, NG CARES Director, and NGB to deliver program milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Leadership, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Program Development, Implementation Science, Human Development, Relational Leadership, Military Culture, or related area with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage audiences at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget and timing for new initiatives with CARE teams and leaders.
• Identify state POCs and coordinate with NG CARES Director and NGB.
• Assess capability gaps and propose solutions to senior leadership.
