Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a Program Coordinator for the National Guard CARES System to support planning, site visits, trainings, and reporting nationwide.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3–5 years in program management or related field, with travel up to 20% and a valid driver’s license. You will collaborate with NG CARES teams and external partners to coordinate resources, maintain records, and ensure timely monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and delivering high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and delivery of programs.
• Facilitate training sessions and maintain attendance/records.
• Develop/update instructor guides, handouts, and slides.
• Coordinate communications via media and social channels.
• Maintain records and generate monthly reports.
