Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience, NFPA knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds; a valid driver’s license is required, along with basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of related work experience required.
• NFPA 10, 17, 17A, and 96 knowledge is required.
• Basic mechanical skills, including troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues.
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform NFPA-based service, inspections and installations of portable extinguishers.
• Inspect kitchen extinguishing systems and exit/emergency lights as needed.
• Provide updates on progress; communicate issues to owners and service managers.
• Submit work tickets and inspection reports promptly.
• Self-schedule daily inspections and manage workload.
• Upsell company capabilities to customers; support after-hours on-call rotation.
