Job summary

The Fayette Chamber of Commerce is searching for a highly skilled Nexthink Developer to enhance our Nexthink platform. This position emphasizes dashboard development and automating responses to improve the Digital Employee Experience (DEX).

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in infrastructure engineering, and will be well-versed in enterprise infrastructure technologies. We offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Nexthink dashboards for actionable insights.
• Develop remote actions and automation flows for proactive remediation.
• Analyze endpoint data to identify trends and optimize performance.
