Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, network, DB, storage, platform, computing and middleware.
• Experience in Agile teams and DevOps in Enterprise Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on Nexthink experience (dashboards, investigations, remote actions, campaigns).
• 4–7+ years in IT engineering, EUC, or IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Nexthink dashboards, investigations, and data models to deliver actionable insights.

• Configure campaigns, alerts, and monitoring to improve endpoint visibility and performance.

• Partner with engineering to implement self-healing IT capabilities.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, EUC, and Infrastructure to gather and refine requirements.
• Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to meet operational needs.
• Analyze endpoint data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Create dashboards tracking DEX, incident drivers, and performance issues.
• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations.

• Partner with engineering teams to implement self‑healing and proactive IT capabilities
• Partner with Service Desk, EUC, and Infrastructure teams to gather and refine requirements
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet operational needs
• Analyze endpoint data to identify trends, recurring issues, and optimization opportunities
• Create dashboards that track key metrics (DEX, incident drivers, performance issues)
• Support leadership with data‑driven recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
• Experience working in Agile teams and knowledge of Agile development & release practices.
• Experience supporting a team with DevOps in an Enterprise Agile framework (SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Enterprise Scrum, Nexus, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with Nexthink (dashboards, investigations, remote actions, campaigns)
• 4–7+ years of experience in IT engineering, EUC, or IT operations
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong experience with: Data visualization and dashboard design, Scripting/automation (PowerShell or similar), ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred).
