Job summary

Hillside Fellowship in Spring, TX, seeks a NextGen Team Lead to guide middle and high school ministry under the Director of Family Ministries. You will cast vision, develop volunteers, and oversee programs that cultivate biblical literacy, authentic community, and mission-minded students.

This full-time exempt role involves shaping strategy, mentoring leaders, ensuring safe ministry environments, and collaborating with Hillside Kids and other teams to transition students toward lifelong faith in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ministry, theology, biblical studies, education, or related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of student ministry leadership experience required
• Experience teaching God’s Word, developing leaders, and shepherding students and families required

Responsibilities

• Lead NextGen vision and strategy in alignment with Hillside Fellowship’s mission
• Oversee day-to-day NextGen initiatives with excellence and consistency
• Identify opportunities to strengthen discipleship and volunteer effectiveness
• Develop volunteers through training, coaching, and resources
• Maintain healthy leadership culture with clear expectations and communication
• Partner with Director of Family Ministries to assess staffing and structure
