Job summary

Hillside Fellowship seeks a NextGen Team Lead to guide middle and high school ministries. You will implement the vision with the Family Ministries team, shepherding students, families, and volunteer leaders.

The role emphasizes gospel-centered environments, spiritual growth, and mission alignment. This full-time exempt position reports to the Director of Family Ministries and requires leadership in small groups, events, and ministry systems, with a strong emphasis on healthy development of staff

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong leadership, teaching, relational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead NextGen vision and ministry strategy with the Director of Family Ministries.
• Lead day-to-day NextGen initiatives with consistency and excellence.
• Identify, recruit, and develop volunteer leaders who shepherd students with maturity.
• Equip volunteers through coaching and ministry resources to strengthen discipleship.
• Foster a healthy leadership culture with accountability and spiritual maturity.
• Oversee weekly gatherings, small groups, retreats, and mission trips.
• Ensure safety policies are followed across NextGen ministries.
