Job summary

Menlo Church is seeking a NextGen Coordinator to support an integrated ministry across multiple campuses. You will work closely with campus teams, report to the Associate Families Pastor, and help launch children into a lifetime of faith in Jesus Christ.

This role emphasizes volunteer development and cross-campus collaboration. The ideal candidate is organized, relational, and adaptable, with a servant heart for children and families.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years in youth ministry preferred.
• Experience overseeing staff and lay leaders in ministry is a plus.
• Experience working in a multisite church is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with campus staff to plan and execute events and services.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers and leaders.
• Support volunteers, families, and staff with a hospitable environment.
• Prepare materials and set up classrooms weekly for NextGen.
• Schedule volunteers for Sundays and other NextGen activities.
• Maintain safety and healthy boundaries for volunteers and families.
• Build relationships across teams to uphold church values.
