Responsibilities
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing materials and equipment.
- Support fabrication and production teams as needed.
- Load and unload materials for installation crews.
- Step in as a helper on installation trucks when needed.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols on job sites and in the shop.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Help maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including on-call support for installs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Experience in sign manufacturing or a similar field
- Previous installation or construction experience
- Familiarity with tools and shop equipment

$18–$22 per hour
