Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL with Air Brake Endorsement preferred.
• Experience with bucket trucks and/or crane operation.
• 2–5+ years of sign installation, electrical, or related field experience.
• Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to use a smartphone for job documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
• Reliable and safety-focused (must pass regular drug screenings).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install channel letters, pole signs, and monument signs.
• Perform LED retrofits and lighting installations.
• Assist with sign surveys and site evaluations.
• Operate bucket trucks and crane equipment safely.
• Support sign restoration and maintenance projects.
• Work on electronic displays, including basic setup and service.
• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
