Job summary

Humble Sign Co in Humble, TX is seeking an Install Helper (Next Man Up) to keep shop and field operations running smoothly. You’ll support assembly, installation crews, handle materials, and help with site setups.

Qualifications

• Physically demanding work daily and capable of lifting 75+ lbs.
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; adapt to shop and field needs.
• Mechanical problem-solving ability and general aptitude for hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing materials and equipment.
• Support fabrication and production teams as needed.
• Load and unload materials for installation crews.
• Step in as a helper on installation trucks when needed.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down job sites.
• Follow all safety protocols on job sites and in the shop.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Help maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
