Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Associate Appraiser to work on commercial real estate valuation projects under direct supervision. The role supports data collection, market research, and in-depth analyses to develop opinions of value.

The Senior ADP is a 24-month program bridging to professional licensing, with milestones and structured learning. Participants work with senior appraisal professionals and leadership, including Quality Control, and are guided toward obtaining the Certified

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• State Trainee appraisal license or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience appraising commercial real estate.
• Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and market research for appraisal projects.
• Analyze highest and best use scenarios and revenue/expense performance.
• Estimate cash flows using discounted cash flow models.
• Analyze comparable sales and perform cost analyses.
• Develop opinions of value through market comparisons.
