Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Associate Appraiser to support commercial real estate valuation and advisory projects. Under supervision, you will collect data, perform market research, analyze complex scenarios, and help develop cash flow models and market comparisons to form opinion of value.

The Senior ADP program guides milestones, licensing readiness, and professional development, with ultimate goal of earning a Certified General license in due course.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or a related field.
• State Trainee appraisal license or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection and market research for assignments.
• Analyze highest and best use scenarios and cash flow projections.
• Compare sales data and conduct cost analyses.
• Prepare valuations and consulting reports for clients.
• Support development program milestones and licensing readiness.
