Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Associate Appraiser to join our Valuation & Advisory team in Chicago. Under supervision, you will complete assignments for commercial real estate valuation, including data collection, market research, highest and best use analysis, and cash flow estimation.

This 24-month Senior Associate Development Program guides you through milestones, with exposure to management and Quality Control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• State Trainee appraisal license or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience appraising commercial real estate.
• Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments in commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects including data collection and market research.
• Analyze highest and best use scenarios, revenue/expense performance, and cash flows.
• Develop opinions of value using discounted cash flow models and comps.
• Support Senior Associate Development Program milestones and licensing pathway.
