Qualifications

• Experience deploying large-scale computing infrastructure.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with IPMI/Redfish hardware management.
• Automation testing with Python or Bash.
• Diagnosing issues across hardware, firmware, OS, and software.
• Familiarity with validation methodologies and RCA.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced multi-project environments.

Responsibilities

• Validate next generation compute platforms from initial hardware installation through operational readiness.
• Perform system integration activities including rack installation, firmware configuration, OS deployment, and infrastructure verification.
• Develop repeatable validation procedures to improve hardware qualification efficiency.
• Execute functional, reliability, performance, and stress testing across servers, networking, storage, and supporting infrastructure.
• Investigate hardware, firmware, OS and platform issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Support qualification of high-density networking environments and infrastructure performance testing.
• Participate in validation efforts for cooling solutions and facility infrastructure.
• Verify platform health using management interfaces, telemetry, diagnostics, and monitoring tools.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation including validation reports and deployment guides.
• Contribute recommendations to improve product reliability and scalability.
