Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking an accomplished Infrastructure Lab Manager to lead its hardware qualification program. This role focuses on strategy, execution, and growth of a mission-critical lab supporting next-generation compute infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, and informed investment decisions.

You will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with engineering, sourcing, deployment and operations, and drive governance, documentation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience leading hardware qualification or technical laboratory teams.
• Proven ability to drive production infrastructure investments.
• Strong track record in validation roadmaps and operational workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Background with GPU platforms or accelerator technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the infrastructure qualification laboratory, evaluating compute, networking, and rack-level hardware before production deployment.
• Develop and execute strategic validation roadmaps aligned with expansion plans.
• Manage laboratory operations including equipment planning and testing capacity.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technical team.
• Partner with engineering, sourcing, deployment, and operations to prioritize validation.
• Evaluate vendor technologies and influence product roadmaps.
