Formación

• Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field.
• Minimum five years newsroom experience with editing and leadership responsibilities.
• Strong news judgment, ethics, AP style knowledge, and public records practices.

• Lead daily newsroom operations and direct editorial staff and workflows.
• Coach, develop, and oversee performance of newsroom employees.
• Set editorial priorities with the Executive Editor and respond to breaking news.
• Drive audience growth through analytics, multimedia storytelling, and engagement.
