Job summary
CNBC is seeking a full-time Newsletter Strategy and Operations Specialist to lead CNBC's newsletter portfolio, overseeing end-to-end production, ESP administration, and monetization initiatives. You will collaborate with editorial, audience development, product, marketing, and analytics teams to optimize performance and growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical and project-management skills with a proven track record in newsletter operations and audience growth, with a hybrid work
Qualifications
- Experience in newsletter operations, audience development, digital publishing, product operations, or a related field with a track record of managing high-volume newsletters.
- Experience administering ESPs and production workflows with attention to deliverability and templates.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Editorial, Sales, Product, Marketing and Ad Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations of CNBC's newsletter portfolio, ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
- Administer CNBC's ESP, managing configuration, templates, workflows and deliverability.
- Build templates and advertising modules; maintain scalable production workflows.
- Lead subscriber lifecycle strategies: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
