Job summary

Nexstar Media Group, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a skilled technician for the FOX21-KXRM/SOCO CW-KXTU broadcasting team. You will engage in technical control and production of programs, coordinating with engineering and production to deliver clean, high-energy newscasts.

This role requires a high school diploma, English fluency, and at least two years in news operations. Proficiency with broadcast control equipment (Ross Overdrive or similar) and Adobe Premiere is preferred; be ready to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum two years’ experience in news operations and production. (Depending on market size)
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, and other office equipment.
• Proficiency with broadcast control equipment, including Ross Overdrive or similar software.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere editing software preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
