Job summary

WKRC in Cincinnati is seeking a full-time News Production Assistant to support our daily newscasts. You will operate cameras for morning, evening, and weekend editions, assist with studio setup, lighting, and set preparation to ensure a polished broadcast, and contribute to directing and editing tasks as needed.

This position requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with training provided. The role offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced newsroom and to grow

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but education and/or internship in television or related field will be considered
• Training will be provided
• Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
• Other hours as needed, on occasion
