Job summary

CoverageX LLC is seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives to sell ADT home security systems through 100% warm, live transfers. You will recommend security solutions, build trust with homeowners, and close sales over the phone with uncapped commissions.

No cold calling or prospecting. A strong track record in phone sales, CRM proficiency, and a goal-driven, customer-focused approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Direct ADT sales experience required, with working knowledge of ADT equipment, packages, features, and pricing.
• 1+ years of phone sales, inside sales, or one-call-close experience.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales over the phone, handle objections, and convert qualified conversations into customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle 100% warm, live transfers from homeowners actively engaged with our partner's enrollment team.
• Build rapport quickly, identify homeowner security needs, and recommend the appropriate ADT home security package.
• Present ADT equipment and smart home solutions, including touchscreen panels, Google Nest cameras, smart locks, motion detectors, and perimeter sensors.
• Handle customer questions, overcome objections, and close sales during the initial phone conversation.
• Coordinate installation appointments directly with Secure 24's scheduling and dispatch team.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet individual sales quotas while maintaining strong conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• 100% warm, live inbound transfers. No cold calling, door knocking, or outbound prospecting.
